To download the teachings, follow these directions:

1. Using your mouse, highlight the date of the teaching you wish to download.

2. Right-click on the date.

3. Click "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..."

4. In the left pane of the box that opens, click "Desktop."

5. The default name of the file is the date in military format. You can change it to something you can remember better, then click "Save."

6. Once the file is finished downloading, go to your desktop. You will find the file waiting for you. Double-click it, and it will automatically open and play. From here you can also move the teaching into a more convenient folder or onto your mp3 player.
